Regardless of church size, there are four volunteer positions that promote a vibrant ministry in which children’s leaders thrive and families gravitate toward. These four positions help the Children’s Director in very different ways; however, when working simultaneously, they create a positive environment that attracts more volunteers!  There are large churches that are doing well in three of the areas, but they are missing that final volunteer placement which could propel them forward! Many smaller churches have only one person leading the entire children’s department and they are looking for ‘any help at all’!  Four (Non Teaching) Volunteer Positions that grow Kids Ministry give both the large and small church a plan for bolstering the volunteer team and generating a new excitement in Kids Ministry!
